The 5 Days Kidepo Safari exposes you to Africa’s finest wilderness of Kidepo Valley National Park which is located in remote and isolated places in the Karamoja region. Our 5 Days Kidepo Safari takes you to different attractions which can’t be found in any National Parks within East Africa such as wildlife, bird species, the Landscape, Kanangorok Hot Springs and the culture of the Karamoja region which is known as the Ik people has also attracted a big number of tourist in Karamoja region through their dancing and drummer which are used to perform for the guests.

Day 1: Drive from Kampala to Kitgum

You will be picked up by our driver at your hotel or residence in Kampala city after you have had breakfast ready to start your tour to the most isolated National Park in Uganda and we will drive you through the plain and remote vegetation to northern parts of the country, with a stopover for lunch in Gulu, before proceeding to Kitgum for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Kidepo Valley National Park Game drive

After breakfast, we will continue with our 5 Days Kidepo Safari as we approach the most magnificent and Africa’s finest wilderness through the remote villages of Acholi, to the Karamonjos homesteads, and finally into the valleys of Kidepo National Park which happens to be the most beautiful and third-best National Park in Africa as voted by CNN travel channel. After you check-in and have lunch we will take you on an evening game drive into the open Savannah grasslands of the Kidepo Valley National Park where you will be able to spot out African Lions that may be sitting along the Narus valley or on the rocks at the entrance of Apoka park headquarters, other wildlife that can be spotted include African Elephants, Leopard, Bushbucks, Giraffes, African Buffaloes and much more. And you will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Game drive to hot springs and nature walk.

Today, you will have packed lunch for a game drive to the hot springs via the palm trees lined along Kidepo River, in search of Ostriches and leopards, tortoises along the way. After having our packed lunch we will stench our legs on a guided nature walk through the park and return to the hotel to refresh yourselves, relax and have time to enjoy the wildernesses night overstay.

Day 4: Drive from Kidepo Valley National Park to Gulu

Transfer to Gulu after breakfast and will stop over for a lunch break in Kitgum before proceeding to Gulu for the night. Gulu is the biggest town in the areas which has just come out of insurgency caused by the lord’s resistance Army but now life is back to normal with busy streets and safe which allows visitors to move freely in town and do shopping. The area has got a number of hotels and Guesthouses that fit everyone’s budget hence making our 5 days Kidepo National Park safari interesting.

Day 5: Drive to Kampala from Gulu.

Depart in the morning after having breakfast to Kampala city with a stopover for a lunch break on route at Kabalega dinners and drop off at your residence or hotel and that will be the end of the trip.
